Lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings or money
Being delayed or missing a departure
Having to cancel, curtail or rearrange a trip
A lost, stolen or damaged passport or driving licence
A permanent accidental injury
Someone who died in an accident

If you need to make a claim under the Scheduled Airline Failure, Winter Sports, Legal Expenses, Personal Liability, or Hijack section of your policy, please contact us on the 0800 519 9935.
